It snowed a lot today. I'm not usually that interested in snow. It just causes powercuts and makes people regress to 5 years old and spam Facebook with boring photo albums.

But my mum went outside and took some pictures on my new camera which came out weirdly cool thanks to my slightly fucked up settings (no, the sky wasn't bright red).

It's all well and good until people start balling the shit up and throwing it at me.

Currently in the midst of writing an essay for my photography class on class acts Terry Richardson and Juergen Teller. These are the pictures I put together to illustrate it.

Teller's famous Marc Jacobs ads feat. Victoria Beckham, Karlie Kloss & M.I.A

Richardson doing what he does best: putting famous women (Blake Lively & Leighton Meester, Megan Fox, Amy Winehouse) in compromising positions.

Teller doing the same with supermodels. Angela Lindvall, Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen.

A noticeable lack of retouching on Barack Obama, Vince Vaughan and Mary-Kate Olsen.

Juergen getting explicit with Raquel, Lily and Lara.

Examples of amazingly, some of Terry's less pornographic work.

Some of Richardson's more mainstream work in Vogue, a Jimmy Choo campaign and a W editorial.

Now for the hard bit... finding 2,000 words to write about them. *whistles*

The fabulous, clever and lovely-shaped Julia Restoin-Roitfield putting another dent in my overdraft with a gorgeous editorial in Vogue China. I don't tend to have "style icons", but if I did, she'd be #1.

I also have a big soft-spot for these runway vs. real life photoshoots, making us all realise how absurd (and brilliant) high fashion styling actually is.

So yeah, yesterday I watched Pearblossom or... the 5 minutes of Pearblossom that Angela Lindvall is in. She plays God.

Which is very fitting. This God however kisses girls and says things like "drink from me".

It's all pretty amazing, obviously. Might order the DVD for a drunken crappy horror movie session.
